I cannot find my order number. What should I do?
Check your order confirmation email first. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the email address you used at checkout and tell us the name on your order.
When will my tracking arrive?
Your shipping confirmation email is sent as soon as your order ships. Orders ship within 1 business day once processed; weekends and holidays are excluded.
Can I view my orders in my account?
If you have a customer account, use the View your orders link on this page. Your shipping email remains the direct route to your tracking link.
