Email us your order number and let us know whether you need a size exchange or a return. The trial starts on the date of delivery.
Wait for your label and instructions.
We’ll email you the return instructions and a prepaid label for a qualifying US return. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We confirm the next step.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.

Are Buy 1, Get 1 Free bundles covered?
Yes. Buy 1, Get 1 Free and Buy 2, Get 2 Free bundles are covered by the 30-day trial. If you return part of a bundle, we refund the difference between what you paid and the price of the pairs you keep. Contact us before returning part of a bundle.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is excluded?
Gift cards cannot be returned. Free return postage applies to US returns within the 30-day trial. This does not affect your statutory rights.
