Haven is unisex. Each option shows the women’s and men’s US size for the same pair. Here’s how to choose yours.
Three things to check.
Start with your usual US size.
Choose the size you normally wear, then go one size up for Haven. If your size falls between options, choose the larger option.
Think about your socks.
The recommendation stays the same with thick winter socks: just one size up. Try your boots with the socks you plan to wear.
Choose each pair individually.
Your free pair can be a different size and color. Shopping for someone else? Use their usual size and the same guidance.

What if I normally wear women’s 15 or men’s 13?
Haven may run too small for you. We recommend one size up, but Women’s 15 / Men’s 13 is our largest size. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Does Haven have built-in arch support?
No. Haven has a flat, flexible barefoot-style sole with no built-in arch insert. If you need a hard arch insert or a rigid sole, choose another style.
What if the fit is not right?
Your first size exchange is free. Email us with your order number and we’ll send the instructions. You also have 30 days from delivery to wear Haven; US returns are free within the trial.
