Haven runs small. Go one size up from your normal US size. Normally a women's 8 or 8.5? Pick Women's 9–9.5 / Men's 7–7.5. Thick winter socks? Still just one size up. Between sizes? Start with the larger one. The size helper on the Haven page can guide you.

Yes. Choose the color and size for each pair. Mix or match, keep both or gift the free pair. All pairs in the order ship to the same address.

Your first size exchange is free. Email hello@arvofootwear.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we'll email a prepaid label for your exchange.

Free tracked shipping on every order. Orders ship within 1 business day and are delivered in 3–7 business days. Tracking details are sent by email when your order ships.

You have 30 days from delivery to wear Haven through your real week. Not right for you? US returns are free. Email hello@arvofootwear.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label. Please contact us before sending anything back. Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Haven is built for everyday winter: cold mornings, errands, snowy strolls, slush and wet pavements. It isn't a waterproof work boot, so skip deep puddles and wading. We don't give a temperature rating. For deep snow, ice or long hours outdoors in the cold, choose a dedicated insulated work boot.

A flat, flexible boot can feel different if you usually wear a raised heel or firm insert. Start with short walks in your usual socks and build up as it feels right. Haven has no built-in arch insert; if you need a hard arch insert or a rigid sole, choose another style.
