Your pairs are dispatched.
Orders ship within 1 business day once processed. We send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Follow the journey.
Use the tracking link in your shipping email for updates. Delivery is 3–7 business days; delays can occur during busy periods.

Do you ship or deliver at weekends?
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
What if my tracking has not updated?
If your tracking has not updated, or your order has not arrived within the expected time, email hello@arvofootwear.com with your order number so we can help.
What happens if there is a delay?
During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you by email if there is a significant delay.
