Refund Policy

Arvo Footwear offers a 30-day trial on every order. Wear your Arvo shoes for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If they're not right for you, contact us for a return and refund.

Your first size exchange is free.

To start a return or exchange, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: sale items and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds: we will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
